  Very impressed with the over all service of this place. I would highly recommend! Especially being a female and not having a clue about cars, I didn't feel intimidated or vulnerable. Definitely 5 stars from me and definitely I will be back! Cheers Oz Tune and thank you again, you really got me out of a bad situation with such ease, I couldn't be more grateful.

  Oztune seemed to try the old 'bait/switch' on me. Get a *very* clear *written* quote before *any* work. They also tried to upsell me on work that wasn't needed. IMO... Avoid, or tread carefully.

  My 120 series Prado had only ever been serviced through Toyota since new. I thought I was getting the best quality and attention when they serviced it but...no. After they let me down a few times I was reviewing my options, I'd heard that Oztune was a honest and 'quality' driven outfit so I gave them a go. So glad I did, thanks Ian and Alan, you guys performed well above my expectations and Toyota!!! No hesitation recommending you guys publicly, see you guys again soon :)

  My car is running so much smoother after the service. Was also given a complimentary car for the day, which is rare these days. My car was also detailed. Ian and his team are very personable and explain every inch of what they are doing unlike 99% of others. These guys are a cut above all other mechanics I've experienced that's for sure. Very reasonably priced to add. Will definitely be only coming to Oztune from now on. 5 Stars
